Orders & shipping
How long until my order ships?
We pack most orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email right after checkout, then a shipping email with tracking when your package leaves us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75+. Under that, a flat standard rate of $5.95 applies at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, from our Miami-based fulfillment. Need help with Alaska, Hawaii, or something special? Email us.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we email carrier details and a tracking link when available. You can also reply to your order confirmation with your order number and we’ll look it up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email vestedbeauty@proton.me with your order number as soon as you can. Once it’s with the carrier, we can’t edit the shipment — but we can guide you on returns.
Products & ritual
Are the stones natural?
Yes. Our rollers and gua sha are made from 100% natural gemstone— jade or rose quartz. Each piece has unique color and patterning; no two stones are the same.
How do I use the roller and gua sha?
Cleanse first, then apply serum or oil. Glide the roller upward and outward; hold the gua sha at about a 15° angle and sweep along contours. Chill tools before use for a depuffing boost. See The Ritual for a fuller guide.
How do I care for my tools?
Wipe clean after each use with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and extreme temperature swings. Store in the kraft packaging or a soft pouch. Reusable cleansing rounds can be washed in the mesh bag and reused for months.
What does “low stock” mean?
We’re fulfilling carefully with limited inventory. Orders may take a little longer to ship while we pack with care — you’ll still get tracking once it leaves us.
Is Vested Beauty veteran-owned?
Yes. Vested Beauty was founded by Shay Clarke in Miami and is a veteran-owned brand. Read more on Our Story.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition and packaging for a refund of the product price (shipping is typically non-refundable). Full details live on our Shipping & returns page.
How do I start a return?
Email vestedbeauty@proton.me with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry — contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the package and item. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
Payment & security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers on our servers. You can pay with major cards or Apple Pay where available.
Do you offer discount codes?
Join the newsletter in the footer for launches, ritual tips, and 10% off your first purchase — the code is emailed instantly when you sign up.
